if you really want something desperately but it is the five-second rule that works now. what happens is it is very natural for the human mind to think of negative thoughts like you know when you are hit with something unwanted or unnecessary it is very natural to think you know this shouldn't happen to me. I am disappointed, I'm upset, I'm shattered oh my god is it going to get possible for me. you start questioning that whatever you had thought or whatever you had dreamt of will it come true for you. you know there is a self doubt that emerges in your mind that is when you have to use the five-second start and stop rule what happens. when these thoughts coming just ask your mind to shut up for and just give it five seconds you know, these thoughts running you, just you, just shut your mind and you give yourself. five seconds you count one two three four five and then you come out of it and then you start going to the other zone now. there's something, there's a very important line said by somebody I don't remember who but it was said you know, it's just tear in my brain and it says that do not allow your mind to control you.

 you control your mind so same is the case here, when these negative thoughts keep running in your head. you should not say that oh my god what can I do these thoughts are running in you in my mind. I can't stop them. no you just talked then you say no mind is in my control and you stop it and then you start thinking of thoughts that you want to attract in your life. you want to attract the happiness you want to attract the joy of experiencing. whatever you wish to experience like in my case, it was experiencing the whole thing of being in the musical festival. you know enjoying in the musical festival, so for you whatever it is that you want to experience, somebody's birthday, somebody's wedding or the joy of purchasing something new owning, something getting good grades in your college, getting a promotion, anything that you wish to and you just have to feel that enjoyment and you have to attract it by letting your mind not control in terms of the negative thoughts that run around. because the moment you allow these negative thoughts to run you are attracting these negative thoughts into your mind. 


you are attracting these negative feelings see how it works you bring negative thoughts and you feel disappointed, you feel sad, you feel low oh my god it's the same thing you. you allow positive thoughts, you'll be happy, you'll be excited oh my god I know I'm going to go there. I'm gonna enjoy it so this is how it works thoughts and feelings they work simultaneously. but you have to permit that to happen, so what I would say is if you really want to manifest something within a short period of time and when you feel that there are some negative thoughts. that are running and you think that these negative thoughts are kind of ruling your mind and it is taking over the positive thoughts or the positive feeling just use the five seconds start and stop rule these negative thoughts. that feelings that come just shut your mind, just say stop give yourself five seconds and then come out of that zone and immediately build a mental image of the positive thing. that you want to experience that you have in your life or what you want to enjoy and this will definitely definitely definitely come true.
