today I'm talk about how to increase your confidence. see confidence is a relative term, I can be confident in communicating bike. but I can also be not very confident in driving, so confidence is so much a relative term you may be confident in doing one thing, but you may not be confident in doing something else, so the people who say I'm not confident just don't take it as you are not confident in everything you may be confident in certain things. you may not be confident in certain other things, but normally we speak confidence or we take confidence as a term to come forward to start doing something to you know to start speaking all, this is normally the confidence the term is used for so, how can you increase the level of confidence in doing something that you really want to do, the first thing is accept you as accept you completely as yourself. see  you may be having lot of drawbacks which you know, which others may not know or which are there's no just accept it, completely don't try to hide it, don't try to show others, that I don't have that problem know just accept it and just speak about it freely like example I have dyslexia and I have reading disability, I had reading disability still I make spelling mistakes. when I accept it and when I talk about it, there is nothing people can tease me about it nobody can tease me about this topic. because I know that and I have accepted in a half, I'm speaking about that the same way except to say. if  there is any weakness in you understand that and just you know, when you accept that thing is actually 50 person diseases out of you. second thing is know what is your qualities know what you are best at focus on it. see when I had reading disability, I had an ability to speak beautifully, I had an ability to draw. beautifully so when I started focusing on it working on it and practicing on it, I started increasing the my level of confidence in that, so what you really love to do know that, what you are good at it and just practice about it or you know do more about that things and when you accept what are you weakness, you can actually focus on what you are really good at doing, what happens is when you know you are actually most of the time trying to hide, what you are weak that you know public.

we should not understand that no just accept it freely speak it, speak about it and then go forward and just focus on what you are good at it and increase the confidence in doing that thing in this world. no one knows everything I know something you know something, I know very little, but whatever I know, I try to learn more about it,  I tried to master in that and I speak about it, so that's how you can increase the level of confidence and the third point did whenever you get an opportunity just do that just go and take your opportunity and do forget about the failure, you will fail people will tease that's okay, that's perfectly okay, so to increase that level of confidence. you know to face failure, have the guts to fail,  it's okay to go wrong, it's okay to fail, have that guts to get that guts. what do you have to always stop teasing others. when they fall because most of the time the people. who tease others the people who criticize others. so much are the people who have low level of conscious that they are not able to do something. so we keep criticizing others, when you try to help others, when you try to grow others, when you try to give your energy, give your knowledge to make someone else crew, what happens is your level of confidence, happiness keep on increasing. so forget about the fear of failure and what you have to do is you have to fail have the guts to fail, have the emotional quotient to actually fail and then win because when you know the taste of failure. only you will actually know the taste of success. taste of confidence. taste of happiness. so have a confident and lovely and beautiful life. thank you so much.
