 Today manifest any desire in this world. whether it's love, money, peace, happiness, anything that you desire. you can manifest that in your life by just investing only five minutes every day. yes only five minutes of your life can change your life. I named this exercise as five minutes to miracles. when you practice something for a very long time. you derive your own versions out of it. I am a firm believer of meditations. but then I ask people to meditate, they feel some kind of problem in it. you know they the concentration or the laziness is there. so I derived this small simple tricks to meditate and manifest whatever you want in your life.

so let's see what this exercise is all about five minutes to miracle is very simple. it has like two three stages first of all please lie down in shavasana in a very comfortable position. wherever in a very quiet room. so that nobody can disturb you for the next five minutes. put your phones on off mode or anything that you know. so that nobody can disturb you just lie down, close your eyes. this is like an oath kind of a thing that, you don't need to open your eyes, at all and then it unless those five minutes are complete, whatsoever is happening, you don't need to open your eyes. okay you lie down in shavasana, then close your eyes, then for the next two minutes you need to concentrate on your breath. okay just concentrate on your breath, count the number of breaths, you are taking if the count is going more than 40 trust me. you are not in that situation to manifest anything. okay you need to control your breath at that point. but then the breath are coming down to like 10, 15, 20, maybe for 2 minutes. then you are in that position to manifest. okay count your number of breaths for the next two, then hold on then just relax. 

if you don't need to open your eyes. just relax a lot of thoughts will come and go. let them come and let them go. don't stress over any thought. okay thoughts are coming your mind is just running from you're in there. it's okay, let it go. then there will be a stage after one or two minute. there will be a stage. when you, you will be quiet. when you'll be blank at that point. you are actually making a connection with your soul. okay at that point, ask your wish in a positive continuous tense. that you've already got it. that it is already happening at that point, just say it and the exercise is over. you need, you can open your eyes and the exercise is done. trust me do that start with a very small thing. start with 100 rupees 200 rupees. if you want to manifest money or start with love. so just an old friend coming back in your life. don't start, but bigger bigger things at once. okay because bigger things actually takes time to manifest and at that point. you need to build your trust in it. okay just start with very very small things and then. you'll see the changes yourself. you are able to manifest everything. try out this five minutes to miracles happy manifesting.
