Topic is how to Overcome Loneliness.  see loneliness is a feeling that comes to everyone at one point of their life or sometimes especially in this lockdown days and the people who are feeling lonely. first thing what you have to understand this. everyone in this world are alone including me and you. but when we are sad or when we face a failure or when we are not in a good mood or when we you know are alone and when you feel lonely, some things what you can do to overcome that particular feeling.

➡️1️⃣. Do not blame yourself.
when you are feeling lonely. you tend to blame yourself, why is mine like this i didn't do anything in life. i am not a successful person or you start thinking all the negative thoughts. so stop blaming yourself. just stay calm and if you can, you know i always say to maintain, a book of happiness which you wish, which you should always have in your hand, not when you are lonely, don't sit and write that book. so in book of happiness. what you have to do is you have to write about all the happy moments in your life or whatever you are grateful in your life. so whenever i have a happy moment in my life. i take my book of happiness and write that beautiful moment and say thank you to god. so in my book of happiness. i have reminders that i have done something beautiful in life and my life is worth like the gratitude notes that i have received from the people. the handwritten notes or my book reviews or something that made me really joyful in life. i had always kept in my book of happiness. so maintain a book of happiness. so when you feel lonely please don't blame yourself, just take this beautiful book and read this book or find five things in life to say thank you about that will make you feel better.

➡️2️⃣.  Depend on any non-human friend to feel yourself better like having a good good food. so when you have a good food that you really love. see food is something that give you instant happiness, instant gratification or instant contentment. that you feel good. so have something that really makes you feel good or watch a movie that makes you feel happy or read a book that makes you feel better. so this is something you have to be. you have to do something consciously. because when you are lonely and when you are unconscious. i mean in the sense, you are you know not able to control your thoughts. you keep thinking very very very bad things and that may lead to you know in. when you keep on repeating the same thoughts, that may lead to going for depression or thinking about anything bad. so stop that and you know  focus on a non-human friend that can actually make you much feel better and when you feel better, when you feel good or if there is someone who really understands. you whom you are sure about just talk to them of how you feel and just go, talk to people, feel that good company. you know don't at that time, please don't you know call someone and say about your problems. because when people listen to problems. what they tend to say is  i told you right,  you shouldn't have done that i had already told you. they so don't listen to more blame, when you are already feeling bad about yourself. okay so talk to someone who can actually understand you. who can make you feel comfortable. who can make you feel good or have a cool bath now. this is one beautiful technique that i practice when i don't feel really good. i just go and have a good shower in a cold water and i feel the water that comes to my body is actually consoling me. it's full of beautiful energy and that's refreshing my body and mind. so our body and mind is so much related that when we feel good in our body. when we feel good in our mind and when we feel bad in our mind. we tend to have headache or you know feel like body pain and all that or you get sick. when you are already always in negative thoughts. so you know what i practice is i go and have a good shower that makes me feel much better.

this beautiful technique and feel that you know the water drops that is touching you is actually beautiful energy and it is making you positive and understand life is not always full of joy and happiness. sometimes it has its own. we all are human. we tend to feel sad, lonely, angry that is all okay. that comes and go. but always try to have a peaceful and calm mind and that is only possible. if you practice beautiful techniques like meditation, prayer all these things are not to make others happy. it is to make our mind calm and content. you are doing see i say that you know some people say when i go to you know some place. i pray or when i once in a while. i practice meditation this is as simple as you are saying once in a month or once in two weeks. i bought how does it feel. so every day you bath to make your body clean. so every day you pray. every day you practice meditation to make your mind clean and tidy. so if your mind is clean and tidy. you will not feel lonely. you will be grateful. because i believe the prayer is all about being grateful in your life. so that you will receive more of beautiful things in your life and always remember god is with you. god loves you. everyone around you loves you. when you are ready to receive love. i love you too.
