 Today i'm going to share with you five self-care tips.

 ➡️ Number one make gratitude your attitude now. this is very easy to say and very difficult to practice. but when you practice you can see a tremendous difference in your life. make gratitude your attitude no matter what you don't have in your life right now. be grateful for whatever you have in your life that's going to make you so confident to do something amazing in life. just practice it so whenever you feel you know how to practice. this is whenever you feel sad, depressed, angry or anything just close your eyes and say thank you for at least one thing. the more things you are able to say thank you at least five things. then your life is going to fill with more of things to say thank you for and for the people who says you don't have anything to be thankful for if you can hear me, if you can talk, if you can listen be thankful for that. because you are amazing. 

➡️ Second point is accept more expect less. don't you know ask the world to change just keep accepting the world as it is just keep accepting the people around you as it is and expect less off from others and accept more accept the things as it is accept. you know accept your weakness so that you can focus on your strength. so expect less from others and accept more so that you can create a beautiful life. this is a beautiful point that i keep practicing, i don't ask the world around me to change. but i keep making changes in myself that is the easiest thing yet. you can do in your life to bring a transformation in you.

 ➡️ Third point is keep learning keep growing now. learning is not just sitting and learning inside from a book. just learn from everything around you. keep growing keep evolving try to become a better version of yourself. so learn from others mistake, learn from something that you have seen from somewhere. but keep learning, keep improving, keep doing something beautiful in your life. you know that makes you, keep growing and evolving that actually keeps you so pleasant to go forward.

 ➡️ Fourth point is keep writing down your goals and do something in life. no matter how much you achieved. but when you keep writing you will have you know why do you live this life. you want to do something in life right. so keep writing about that focus on that you know when you write itself with handsy nowadays. we are so much into technology, mobile phones, apps that we forget to write and read books. but i'm an old-minded person, i guess i love to write, i love to keep solid books with me, i don't use kindle app. but i prefer to have books with me, because that gets so much emotionally connected. you know what makes me book so close to books is because see when i have some kind of you know pain or when i feel sad. what i do is i just go to my library take a beautiful book maybe the secret or alchemist. when i just hold it in my hand itself. i get some kind of beautiful vibes or the book that i keep writing beautiful quotes. when i hold it in my hand itself. there is a positive vibes, so keep writing your goals. so that you can achieve. so that you can you know do something beautiful. 

➡️ Fifth point is be compassionate try to understand what others are going through. try to understand yourself say it's okay, compassion is the best part of self love. when you accept things as it is when you try to understand other people as it is. don't try to change them, don't try to change yourself just you know accept and love the way you are. so that you can accept more more people around you. you know when you have a habit of judging others like she should not do that she should not wear like this dress or she's doing all wrong or he's doing all wrong that is because you have so much conflict with yourself. inside you when you are able to accept yourself. when you are compassionate to yourself it's okay to make mistakes, forgive yourself first, so that you can forgive the world around you. so compassion is very very very important thing and be compassionate to yourself first. because we have a lot of things, we cannot accept in ourselves. so when you are a compassionate you know about thinking, about why you are like this. when you understand yourself more you can grow and evolve as a better person. so practice this five self-care tips for your better lifestyle, better mind, better attitude towards life to achieve whatever beautiful life. you want to achieve in life and my favorite quote what i want to say is be the best version of yourself.
