 Today we will understand how to develop this will power this strength within us. Usually, people have an argument that a person with willpower and a person who has high ego, they look very much alike, their behaviour is very much alike, but it is not. so let me tell you people with the egoistic mind. He is an Aishwarya it is negative willpower. And here he is dependent on the external world for his ego. But Aishwarya has nothing to do with the external world Aishwarya has something to do with your inner world. You are confident within yourself. You don't depend on whether somebody speaks good or bad about it, whether a business is successful or fails nothing of that sort. You are confident within yourself. you are will is strong and that is the whole different one is a positive Aishwarya another is negative, Unaishwarya that's why Aishwarya Bhav from within is what is required your strength from within your mental state your confidence and that is what we have to achieve and this could be achieved only by doing your Dharma well, Gyan and Vairagya, so automatically Aishwarya comes well.


 so I would give you 3 tips to see that you build up Aishwarya. 

➡️ Number 1- Try and become more self-reliance in life, whatever you are doing see to it that you don't depend on others to wash your old clothes see that your room is attended by yourself see that everything in the room is kept where it belongs to where the scissors are where the nail cutter is, so all those little things you should know where it is total self-reliant. You should know how to even cook food. If no, but no food is available. You can cook for yourself. So try to build up all those capacity with you little things which are required to run household chores. You must do everything you must know everything and enjoy doing all those things to learn this new new things in life and become more confident in different areas of your life.


➡️ The second point, fix some discipline for a week or for a month to see that you fix something like you are going to get up and walk every day for half an hour as a discipline lets anything happen. You will do it you will adjust all other things because you fix this discipline you will do it. Similarly, try and see that you will eat on time fix this discipline in life so that four meals of your day should be on a time. Try that you sleep on time and you get to sleep or don't get sleep, but lie down close your room and darken your room and lie down, and slowly you will get into this rhythm. So, when you follow certain disciplines for a long period for a week for a month you will notice that that becomes your nature that habit and that self food help in building up more Aishwarya Bhav. 


➡️ Third point, certain techniques of yoga and basic techniques which are strongly recommended. See, that all these techniques are all totally self-reliant. They are not dependent on the external factor, for example, Jalneti, people can do with pots also but that The Yoga recommends be self-reliant just Cup yourself and just sniff it so simple as that. No dependency on anything that technique which I would strongly recommend this backbend exercise very and back bending exercise energy increases like anything and that helps in more confidence. The technique is called Dhanurasan or Dhanurvakrasana (bow pose). So, you lie down on your stomach bed lift your legs up and head up and hold for some time. So this back bending is so important to do for 10 seconds and see that difference in your energy. Similarly, direct connection with energy through Pranayam, institutional pranayams are so systematic very very systematic all those muscles which are helping you to breathe they are all developed well. Separately intercostal muscle, clavicular muscle, diatomic muscles, and that would bring more confidence more will power because you breathe fully you give a good amount of oxygen to your body. Why because you are self-reliant because you have a will. So, this is how we are supposed to use these techniques to build up our confidence. So try and do all these things and you will see that how Aishwarya Bhav slowly slowly develops within yourself and a person then can become confident, fearless no problem with ups and downs of life person remains steady and strong and a person will pursue in life, whatever he wants to achieve. Go on doing these things take care of yourself use this technique to understand these four Bhavas attitudes very well and live your life fully.
