let go what hurts you. let in what heals you. someone saying that, he had a love affair and he lost that somehow, the relationship did not work out and they  split so it's been one year. but he is not able to forget her, he is still thinking about her and he feels like lost in life and very useless in life. so he will i  just read this message. so i just thought you know  about how to heal yourself. so one thing we need to understand in life is that, everyone does not come to our life to stay forever. some people come to our life to teach us a beautiful lesson or to be with us to complete a task or to show us something beautiful. so when you were in a relationship or when you are in a relationship. be thankful that you know for all the beautiful things, you had in your life of course it is not very easy. you know to forget someone, when you are, when you wear and deeply in love. but when you keep in mind something that hurts you. you cannot go forward because you are holding on something which is in the past and which is not serving you to your future now. what's the most important thing is you know when we lose something, something anything forget about the relationship, anything what we do is we keep on thinking about that you know why i lost it. i didn't get it and when we repeatedly have these thoughts that makes us feel bad about ourselves now. what is more important is we need to heal ourself.

 we need to be happy to create more happiness in this world now just imagine. if you have a cut in your hand okay, suppose if i have a cut in my hand, it starts bleeding yeah and when it is bleeding, if i keep on touching there what happens more and more blood keeps coming. so it may be you know if i leave it. it may stop bleeding. but tomorrow morning i get up. you know the cut is not yet gone and still i keep rubbing again blood starts coming, so what should i do, i should let my fingers stay there stay as it is so that it can heal by itself. so when there is some pain in your heart. when you are not able to, you know heal that pain, don't try to heal it, don't try to overcome it, don't try to over do things, you know let it stay there and focus on something else. okay let that won't be there because you know human heart human feelings it takes time. we take time to heal, so let that wound of your heart or let what hurts you be there, but focus on something else beautiful be creative, be productive in life and when you focus on that the wound that you had with you in your heart. it heals by itself. okay so after healing like after two or three months. 

if i touch my finger will the blood, start coming again no because the wound has totally healed maybe there will be a slight mark that i can see yeah i had a wound before, but if if again you know a near process even that mark goes away same way, when you have a pain let it heal you know let it go, give it time so that it can heal by itself only speak about it or think about it consciously only when you feel, it is totally healed because just imagine about you know those things which used which were hurting us so much in the past. when you know when you're small or anything if you think about it right now maybe you feel like smiling at it oh my god did i do that did i say that all those jokes because those things have already healed. but if you think about that when you were a child it was too big for us. so let things that hurt you go, let it heal by itself give time that is very important to focus on something beautiful in life.
