 Today i'm going to speak about a beautiful topic take a break whatever you are doing in your life, no matter how busy you are. no matter how focused you are in  your purpose. you need to take a break once in a while now this is very very very important to make something  beautiful in your life to live a meaningful life. it is very important to take a break once in a while now. you need to disconnect yourself from everything whatever you're doing live everything okay, go to a place you like to be or be with yourself. it's told you know the entrepreneurs you know the importance of be with yourself, days just say silent just stay silent or do something that you love to do. go for a walk, go for a trucking, go to a beautiful place, watch a beautiful movie, reading but something that what you doing for the you know rest of your routine that is how you take a break. you just feel like you are completely relaxed to do whatever you love to do. that's it, that's a break now when that day is over you know you, you get regenerated so it is always told that the best thing is disconnect yourself from whatever you're doing to reconnect more powerfully.


 you know when you disconnect from you know or you get tired you get drained, when you know when the phone is always used have you seen the phone gets heated up right so when you just keep it aside for some time, what happens  it just become cool and everything normal. so the same way you need to give some time for your brain and for your heart to disconnect from the world. so that you can reconnect with more powerful version of yourself. now for the first day when i take a total break and just be totally cool and happy now the second day i sit and write down what am i planning for the next one. what am i planning for the next  few weeks or anything so the best thing to take a break is always at the end of the month for me personally i practice like that i like to take the break at the end of each month, calming yourself and making a clarity about what you have to do the next month. 

you know what you have to accomplish in a week be clear about it write the goals and keep so that you can actually you know totally focus on the process without forgetting, what you have to achieve and also when you take a break. you will get a clarity about am i going in the right track, should i do something different because most of the people get into the rat race and forget about why are they raising. what do you need from your life, are you actually happy with your life. so all these questions you can ask yourself when you take a break. so each one of you, if you are stressed out or if you are even happy or doing whatever you're doing. you gotta switch off yourself for a while, take a break and do something that makes you completely relaxed and forget about whatever you are doing. so that you can reconnect much beautiful to whatever you want to do and make amazing result in your life.
