Some have a habit of waking up early and some late, some checking their phone immediately when they get up, some without a cup of coffee cannot start their work, some need newspaper to move ahead in life, some plan their day and so on. Here are 3 aspects, if you follow these aspects in your life for a week you can overcome weak bad habits.

These are 3 R’s.

 The first R is "Replace"

habit cannot be removed. Unless a person is mentally so strong that he decides and does it. Best is to replace that, for example, if you want to overcome drinking tea, then replace that by drinking green tea. If you want to overcome binge watching replace it with reading some good books, listening to something good. If you wake late, come on put an alarm without snoozing it. Mind can never stop a habit instantly it needs to replaced. Once there was a young boy going to college he loved sandwich of one shop which was coming on the way to his college. He would go everyday from that route, eat that sandwich nicely and then go to college. And, this was not a good habit. Everyday eating outside food was wrong, he understood that and felt also that. So he decided to change this habit, he stopped going from that route only. He changed another route. It was a little longer route, but changed that other route to reach to his college. This is how he overcame his bad habit, in that other route he could see more beautiful flowers, trees and started enjoying that more. He forgot this shop and these sandwiches later on. So what has he done? He’s replaced his bad habit with a new habit.

The second R is "Repeat"

keep repeating new habits for 7 days, do not give a break. Mind will always bring some excuse but continue it. Remember the ill effects of that habit and continue with that good habit. Carry a chit with you that explains you the pain and the suffering and the destruction because of your old habit read it often and continue with your good habit.

 The 3rd R is "Reward"

at the end of the day write 5 positives that the new habit has given you in a day. Also, add the positivity which has happened in your body and mind because of the new habits. Mind tends to follow the things which has given you the rewards. Embrace the new positive changes and keep reminding yourself through writing before you sleep. Follow these 3 R’s and I’m sure you will come out victorious.

Thank you thank you thank you 😊😊😊
