clean your mind everyday, How to clear your mind for meditation, How to clear your mind of unwanted thoughts, How to clear your mind of thoughts.  clean your mind everyday, How to clear your mind for meditation, How to clear your mind of unwanted thoughts, How to clear your mind of thoughts.  today i'm going to speak about a beautiful topic meditation for me personally. meditation is a beautiful way to connect with myself and god through meditation now, you know there are a lot of types of meditations visualization meditation, silence meditation, focused meditation, lot of type of meditation but for me right now what i'm practicing is i'm just silencing myself and listening to my heart and trying to fill myself with unconditional love. this is what i do through meditation just calming everything. so people ask me a lot about how to start practicing meditation from i started practicing meditation through visualization meditations now. i have already made a visualization meditation.   basically if you're starting to do a meditation. i suggest you to start with visualization meditation, because in visualization meditation we are giving messages and you can actually visualize the whole process. closing your eyes so that actually helps you to get a more clarity and concentration in your thought process now. meditation is a process actually you have to vaguely you know cleansing your mind and heart okay, so don't take it like i'm going to do meditation 10 minutes, i'm going to sit no no no you have to make yourself very calm when you are doing meditation maybe your thoughts are much so much disturbing, but let it go because you know when you are cleaning something which is very dirty, what happens you have to actually scrub it right. it's a little difficult process like so, every day like you take bath to clean your body, you have to sit in silence for at least 10 minutes to clean your mind. it is a beautiful process to actually you know it's like something what i believe is meditation is a process when you are cleaning your heart and filling it. you know like the food we eat like the good healthy food you eat, you are giving some calmness and beauty to your heart, it is also equally important to take care of your mental health. because right now we are going through a lot of sufferings around us. you know there are a lot of things around us which we cannot control. poverty is getting into its worst situation  you know i feel so sad and helpless but still what i can do is i can pray and not going outside myself and not making myself sick and increasing one more person. i try my best to take care of myself that is what i can do right now to the world. okay so whatever you can just do and practice healing meditation if possible. because  healing meditation is just a process of you know letting the light come inside you and fill your heart with unconditional love forgiveness and gratitude. you know so it is very very important to keep your mental health strong, because  even  i break down, i feel really sad and hurt thinking about what's going around and  what's going to be the future, but the things i do is trying you know to make myself come as much as possible and this it is a you know continuous practice that we have to do to make a result like every day we bath you can't just do meditation once in a week. one day no every day you gotta practice to evolve and grow to the next level and when you practice more and more you can see the difference. you know you can listen to your heart. the voice inside you that will actually help you to reach your life purpose.   people ask me how to define my life purpose how to find my life goal i believe that is an evolving process that comes from within. that is you know fill your heart with love then getting more clarity about who you are will actually help you to you know that voice deep inside you will come out and you can hear something beautiful you have to do to the world.
