today i'm very very happy and excited i feel very good now let me just explain now. today morning till now but did i start my day very happy if you ask no i did today i was feeling kind of lazy when i woke up. i felt like not doing anything and to take a whole break because things what i was doing was going very very slow. so but still i just woke up and i just said thank you. you know i just forced myself to say thank you for at least five things that has happened in my life and that just gave me a kick energy. i went to the washroom brushing taking care of the skin all the routines taking a bath then i just did my meditation prayer after that i did my workout came back. had my breakfast then i just had you know did some important calls. then i thought i just put some music and listened to the music and i was sitting feeling much grateful and much happier now. most of the time at least i do face few days where there is no reason to be sad but not feeling so good but what i do is i just talk to myself and this is important what you talk to yourself.

you know something in one minute i can speak to you 100 to 120 words that means in one second i can speak two words in that at least you know in one minute i can speak 120 words but in one minute in my mind i can give self-talk of at least 550 to 600 words. so if it is a negative self-talk what happens is it. can push you and pull you so much so much down. so your self-talk can just just change the whole day to make yourself. i decided today is going to be an amazing day, today is going to be a beautiful day now, it is okay once in a while to do nothing feel sad and sit but what is important is you know some days you can take rest, you can heal yourself, but what is important is do not get pulled down with those negative talks.

you got to talk to yourself you got to get aware of what you are feeling right now. what is important is are you aware of that feeling what is going inside. you are you in control of your thoughts. this is important you know the most powerful person in this whole universe i believe is the one who have control of their own life of their thought process of what they are going to do next. when i speak about affirmation people you know some people say see if you just keep saying i'm going to do better, i am wonderful, i am amazing without you know will that actually happen in your life. see affirmations are helping yourself to get into a habit of making your mind feel much much beautiful. affirmations are something that helps you to start speaking to yourself positively, have you just noticed whenever you face a failure whenever you face some someone you know talking wrong to you, bad to you, you may fight to that person in anger but when after that fight, when you go and sit to yourself, you may start blaming yourself like you are not right. you did mistake and those things starts making you feel guilty and overall it affects your mind and overall you know see a person just does not get into a depression on one fine morning. you know person does not get into depression. it is a gradual process slowly slowly you are getting into that stage. when you are not controlling your mind. if you take control over your life.

so when people see success when people see fame, people think that they are so happy and enjoying life. but everyone are fighting their own battle and what is important is train yourself to pick up go forward and success is not just the trophies. you want the money you make of course it is all,  you know simple of success but what is the most successful person i believe is the one who is able to take control over their life. over their mindset to go forward how to do that is self-talk. take charge of your self-talk be aware of what you're feeling right now. if you're feeling sad and depressed it is okay, but take charge of it and just change it with gratitude. attitude of gratitude can definitely make miracles in your life. i have experienced it myself and that can just radiate the energy of love to all around.

what is important is you know to make a day beautiful you just have to decide i'm going to be happy today i'm going to make my life just amazing talk to yourself. do that work out it is not you know just you got to speak and just you know be positive and wait for some miracles to happen. but you got to do something so for me. today the first most beautiful thing i did to myself is to speak to myself with gratitude.
